Água de Luso was looking for a Bag-In-Box packaging solution that combined practicality, ease of transport, and versatility, while also prioritizing sustainability. The goal was to enhance the user experience by offering a more convenient and eco-friendly option that aligned with the brand’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Solution
To meet LUSO’s need for a more practical, sustainable, and versatile packaging solution, Cartobol implemented its ultra-clean semi-automatic Bag-in-Box line. The following machines were installed: ECOFILL HT1 FULL ACTION, ECOPACK HOTMELT, and the BUFFER TANK.
Advantages
With the implementation of the semi-automatic line and the Bag-in-Box system, greater protection of the product against sunlight was achieved.
Additionally, the 100% recyclable packaging is easier to transport and store, and is manufactured through an optimized production process.
