The uncapping and capping is done by means of a pneumatic piston.

The operator will place the bag on the gripper clow and then manually remove the cap. The operator then presses the start button and the machine automatically fills the bag to the programmed capacity. Once the filling process is completed, the cap is placed on the neck of the bag and the machine is commanded to fill the bag by pressing the start button a second time.

Thanks to the pneumatic piston located on the nozzle, the operator does not have to hold the auxiliary arm during the filling time, so he can take advantage of the time to form the box simultaneously.
