The ASEPTIC ECOFILL DRUM is a semi-automatic filling machine of the latest generation, for filling both small (3L, 5L, 10L, 15L and 20L) and large capacity containers (200L, 500L and 1.000L), fast, precise and very easy to use with start-up, uncapping, air vacuum, bag up and down management, filling, nitrogen injection, capping and automatic expulsion. The operator will place the bag on the gripper and the machine will automatically start the filling cycle. In large formats the head together with the grippers will move upwards allowing the product we are filling to fill the base of the container, after a few seconds (programmable depending on the product we are filling) the head will descend and continue filling until it is completed.
