OFFSET
Offset printing is a printing method by which we achieve maximum quality and definition. There is no limit to the number of colours as it is possible to print in four-colour process and even print photos in maximum resolution.
- MINIMUM QUANTITY: 3.000 units.
- PRE-PRINTING COSTS: No cliché costs are required.
- POSSIBLE FINISHES: matt acrylic varnish, satin acrylic varnish, gloss UVI varnish, selective matt/gloss UVI varnish, matt lamination or gloss lamination.
- USUAL CAPACITIES: 1.5L, 2L, 2.25L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L.
- TYPICAL FORMATS: FATA (automatic bottom and self-assembly top flap), FAB1 (automatic bottom and normal top flaps) or B1B1 (normal bottom and normal top flaps).
MASTERFLEX
Masterflex printing is a flexographic printing method with up to 8 colours and good ink control to achieve good quality at a lower cost than offset printing. The resolution is lower than that obtained with Offset printing but it is an interesting technique for large print runs where a varnish finish is required.
- MINIMUM QUANTITY: 5.000 units, but cost-effective from 20.000 units upwards.
- PREPRINTING COSTS: Yes, high cliché costs.
- POSSIBLE FINISHES: satin acrylic varnish.
- USUAL CAPACITIES: 1.5L, 2L, 2.25L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L.
- TYPICAL FORMATS: B1B1 (normal bottom and top flaps)..
FLEXOGRAPHY
Flexographic printing is a printing method used for simple designs with up to 4 colours that do not require a varnish finish. This technique is ideal for a robust and resistant box at a reduced price.
- MINIMUM QUANTITY: 5,000 units, but cost effective from 20.000 units upwards.
- PRE-PRINTING COSTS: Yes, moderate cliché costs.
- POSSIBLE FINISHES : Brown background or white background. Without varnish.
- USUAL CAPACITIES: 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L.
- TYPICAL FORMATS: B1B1 (normal bottom and top flaps).
SERIGRAPHY
Serigraphy, or screen printing, is a printing method used for simple designs up to 1 colour that do not require a varnish finish. This technique is ideal for short print runs.
- MINIMUM QUANTITY: 700 units
- PRE-PRINTING COSTS: Yes, moderate cliché costs.
- POSSIBLE FINISHES: Brown background or white background. Without varnish.
- USUAL CAPACITIES: 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L.
- TYPICAL FORMATS: B1B1 (normal bottom and top flaps).
