Solution
Cartobol designed and implemented a Bag-in-Box aseptic filling machine, specifically adapted to the format required by Savushkin and its work rhythm. The system combines our high barrier films, sterile connectors and automated filling technology, forming a fully integrated solution that guarantees total product protection against external agents. This integration enables aseptic filling without the need for preservatives, ensuring product freshness and stability throughout its shelf life, from the factory to the point of sale. In addition, the solution was adapted to the international standards required by the food industry, including safety regulations, energy efficiency and compatibility with other internal plant processes. The result is a filling line that is robust, reliable and responsive to the demands of large-scale production.
